Job Title:
Personal Injury Attorney We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients who have been injured due to the negligence of others. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of personal injury cases, including but not limited to:
– Car accidents
– Slip and falls
– Medical malpractice
– Product liability
– Wrongful death
Responsibilities:
– Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
– Communicating with clients, witnesses, and insurance companies
– Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court
– Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
– Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
– Active license to practice law in the state
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law
– Strong
communication
and negotiation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
