Litigation Associate Attorney Locations:
Dallas, Houston, Corpus Christi, Santa Fe, Albuquerque
A nationally recognized litigation firm is expanding and seeking Litigation Associates to join its high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who thrive in fast-paced environments and want hands-on responsibility from day one.
Requirements:
2+ years of litigation experience (trial experience is a plus)
Self-starter comfortable working with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and proactive approach
Licensed and in good standing in the relevant state
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of 30–35 active litigation matters
Handle all phases of litigation from intake through resolution, including trial prep
Collaborate with a lean team of experienced trial attorneys
Work across multiple practice areas, including:
Product Liability
Construction
Insurance Defense
Base Salary: $140,000 for 2–3 year associates Up to $190,000 for senior associates
Billable Requirement: 160 hours/month
401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
Discretionary profit sharing
Two Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans
HSA with $1,200 annual firm contribution
Paid Time Off: 19–29 days, based on tenure PTO rollover and sick leave bank options available
