We are seeking an exceptional Senior M&A Associate or Counsel with 7+ years of experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. This is a unique opportunity to become a senior, core member of deal teams working on high-profile M&A transactions both in Los Angeles and globally. Our award-winning M&A practice spans diverse industries including entertainment, technology, fashion and apparel, beauty, gaming, retail, fintech, and life sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support complex M&A transactions and joint ventures.
Work directly with clients and deal teams across various industries.
Provide strategic legal advice in connection with corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters.
Take a central role in structuring, negotiating, and documenting deals.
Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients to drive transactions forward.
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience in M&A, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions.
Strong background in complex, cross-border M&A work, with experience in a variety of industries.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead significant deal teams and mentor junior attorneys.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across offices and practice areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $420,000 annually, with the actual salary dependent on experience and other relevant factors.
