- The Associate Attorney will assist with and manage matters involving:
- Commercial and business litigation
- Contract and business disputes
- Professional licensing board investigations and disciplinary proceedings
- Motion practice
- Written discovery and discovery disputes
- Depositions
- Court hearings and administrative hearings
- Appeals
- Trial preparation and trial work
Requirements:
- The ideal candidates should have:
- 2-5 years of legal experience
- Active license to practice law in Nevada
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Interest in commercial litigation, business law, and administrative/licensing matters
- Professional judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills
- Courtroom, deposition, motion practice, or administrative hearing experience preferred but not required
