Appellate and Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney
Overview
Rencher Anjewierden is looking for an attorney with litigation experience to assist with its insurance and medical malpractice defense cases. We are looking for both junior and senior associate attorneys. Applicants must have experience in litigation, including courtroom experience and depositions. Trial experience is a plus but not required. Attorneys will be given their own cases to run from start to finish and will also work with another partner on other cases, but will have opportunities for mentorship from senior and experienced trial lawyers.
Must be a member of the Utah Bar or able to obtain membership in the Utah Bar. Pay will be based on experience level and is competitive in the industry. Email resumes to
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Experience in law office settings with a focus on estate planning, personal injury law, or immigration law preferred.
Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with tribal law regulations is a plus.
Proficient in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
