Are you ready to build success from the ground up? As a Construction Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in navigating the complex legal landscape of construction projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that projects comply with regulations, contracts, and industry standards while minimizing risks and protecting clients’ interests.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and support related to construction projects, contracts, and disputes.
Draft and review construction contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
Conduct legal research to stay current on industry regulations and best practices.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and litigation proceedings.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to address legal issues.
Advise on risk management strategies and dispute resolution techniques.
Stay abreast of changing legislation and case law affecting the construction industry.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admitted to the Florida bar.
Proven experience in construction law or related field.
Strong knowledge of construction regulations, contracts, and industry practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
