Job Overview
Our client, a top California-based law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of experience to join its Toxic Tort practice group. This is a dynamic opportunity for an early-career attorney to grow within a high-performing team that handles complex litigation matters.
NOTE:This position offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring court appearances as necessary.
Requirements:
Active membership in the State Bar of California
Reside in California and be available for in-person appearances as needed
Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
Preferred Experience:
Exposure to asbestos, toxic tort, or product liability litigation
Experience with written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court hearings
Training & Development:
The firm is open to training motivated candidates who demonstrate strong litigation skills and a commitment to learning
