Established Chicago Personal Injury law firm seeking an experienced bilingual paralegal to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Collecting medical bills/records.
Reviewing medical records and drafting demand letters.
Calling clients for information.
Performing administrative duties ( calendar deadlines, organize case files, draft letters, etc.).
Issue and Answer written Discovery.
Preparing and e-Filing Court Documents ( Motions, Complaints, Pleadings, etc.)
Requirements:
At least one year of experience of Personal Injury/Litigation
Bilingual/Spanish-speaking preferred
Salary/Benefits:
Salary commensurate with experience
