Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily operations of our legal call center.

– Manage client interactions and intake processes via phone and digital channels.

– Ensure high-quality client service and efficient call handling.

– Train and supervise call center staff.

– Implement strategies to improve call center performance and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

– *Experience: Minimum 3 years of call center experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

– **Leadership Skills:** Strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate the team.

– **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

– **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in call center technology and software.

– **Problem-solving: ** Ability to handle challenging client interactions and resolve issues effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
