This position offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, gain valuable litigation experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of injured workers.

The right addition to our team will be a hard-working, dedicated individual who can work well with our staff, their fellow attorneys and with the many safety officers we represent. Responsibilities:
Review client files to provide detailed file work ups for the handling attorney and the legal assistant
Review medical reports to assess next steps, rate injuries and prepare for settlement
Attend hearings, trials and depositions
Contact clients to discuss case status and/or outcome of hearings or trials
Work within a team to help move cases to a conclusion
Qualifications:
Juris doctorate from an American Bar Association accredited university
Admission to the California State Bar
Interest in representing injured police and firefighters
Ability to work independently and with a team
Comfortable working in a face paced environment
Professional demeanor
Ability to “self-start” and solve problems
We will train the right individual, including newly admitted attorneys
