Job Description
Full-time attorney position available for practice of consumer bankruptcy law in downtown Atlanta bankruptcy law firm. The position is client-facing and entails many duties:
Client interviews/intake (primarily via remote intake)
Preparing Bankruptcy petitions and documents
Motion drafting
And more
