Position: Attorney – $130,000 – $190,000
An acclaimed complex class action and financial fraud plaintiff’s firm is seeking a talented Securities Litigation Associate for their San Francisco office. My client has prosecuted hundreds of securities, antitrust, and complex consumer cases, recovering billions of dollars for their clients. They are seeking an attorney dedicated to rooting out corporate wrongdoing and abuse.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and prosecution of complex securities and derivative litigation cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and consolidated complaints
Play a supportive role in discovery processes
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
Demonstrate excellent writing and time management skills
Requirements:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
2+ years of relevant complex litigation experience (ideally securities class action and/or single plaintiff and/or derivative cases in State and Federal Courts)
Active membership in good standing with the California Bar Association
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
