Duties:
High Court Banking Litigation (full process) (Defended Matters)
Oversee Junior Personnel
Manage Portfolio
Liaise with Stakeholders and external parties
Attend High Court
Administrative Tasks
Requirements:
Grade 12 Matric
LLB
Admitted Attorney of the High Court
Clear ITC
8 Years Post Admission Experience
Foreclosure Experience
AJS / GhostPractice – Advantageous
Salary:
Starting at R50,000.00 + Benefits
*Negotiable depending on Experience
