Retail & Hospitality experience is a plus. ($100,000-$130,000 base plus bonus) WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY.

Who You Are:
You’re not just any lawyer—you’re hungry, driven, and ready to take ownership of your career. Here’s what we’re looking for:
4 or more years of litigation experience(civil defense preferred).
Licensed to practice inNorth Carolina courts. (Bonus when you are also licensed in South Carolina)
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Client-focused, with outstanding communication abilities.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A natural leader who thrives under pressure and is ready to build their professional brand.
Extra Credit For:
Clerkship experience (state or federal).
Experience inretail/hospitality, trucking, construction, or insurance coverage law.
Former military, prosecutor, or public defender.
