Position: Attorney – $100,000 – $160,000 per year, based on relevant experience

Looking to make a difference in civil defense? We seek a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our thriving General Liability Defense practice. Key Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of general liability matters, with a focus on construction defect cases
Collaborate with senior partners to develop effective litigation strategies
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Take and defend depositions
Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
Qualifications
Juris Doctor ( degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the state bar
Minimum of one year of experience in construction defense/general liability defense
Preferred specialization in construction defect cases
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
Experience
Construction defect litigation
Product liability and premises liability cases
Drafting responses to discovery requests
Taking and defending depositions
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 to $160,000 per year, based on relevant experience
Additional bonus: $30 per hour for all hours worked

Work Arrangement
Initially in-office, with potential transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Possibility of additional remote work days based on proven performance
