Growing SSD and VA practice seeks a full-time associate. You will prepare clients for and attend ALJ hearings in person, via phone, and video. You will manage all aspects of the claim once the hearing is scheduled, including any appeals council or Federal Court.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in Federal Court brief writing or Veteran’s Disability Benefits.
Base pay (minimum $75k) + large bonus potential. Also willing to entertain attorneys hoping to grow a practice area.
