Summary
We are seeking a Title Specialist to join our team at KLA Land Services LLC. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing title processing and ensuring compliance with real estate laws. Your contributions will be vital in supporting our projects and enhancing client satisfaction. Majority of work will be based out of Lea and Eddy County NM
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research on property titles to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Process title documents and manage the title closing process efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders throughout the title process.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all transactions adhere to real estate laws.
Utilize GIS technology as needed for property assessments and research.
Maintain organized records of all title transactions and related documentation.
Requirements
Proven experience in title processing or a related field is preferred.
Strong research skills with attention to detail for accurate title assessments.
Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients.
Familiarity with real estate law and regulations is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
