I am currently supporting a well-established Greensboro-based firm who is looking for Business Litigation Attorneys to join their ever growing team.
I’m particularly interested in attorneys with experience across areas including:
- Business and Commercial Litigation
- Contract Disputes
- Shareholder and Partnership Disputes
- Corporate and Business Disputes
- Breach of Fiduciary Duty Claims
- Business Torts
- Real Estate Litigation
- Financial Services Litigation
- Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition
- Complex Civil Litigation
The role will involve representing businesses, financial institutions, executives, and other commercial clients across a broad range of complex disputes in both state and federal court, from pre-litigation strategy through discovery, motions practice, mediation, trial, and resolution.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong business and/or commercial litigation experience
- A North Carolina law license
- Experience handling sophisticated civil litigation matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other litigation materials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Sound judgment and the ability to take ownership of matters
- Confidence working directly with clients
- A collaborative and team-focused approach
Experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, managing discovery, and assisting with or leading matters through trial would be particularly advantageous.
