Management Analyst – Supervisor/ Legal Unit Supervisor will:
Ensure the legal team is supported

Meet all established deadlines

How does it get done?

Management Analyst – Supervisor/ Legal Unit Supervisor is responsible for:

Support all members of the legal team;

Review files for quality;

Meet one-on-one with all staff on a monthly basis;

Report all issues to Bureau Chief;

Carry a caseload when needed and assist legal with any problems that may arise;

Complete Employee Evolutions for assigned staff;

Supervise training of the unit.

Caregivers and Hospital Caregivers in New Mexico, this includes students from other states.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and two (2) years of experience in the procedures of business and management principles involved in strategic planning. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling six (6) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements

Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver’s License. Must Possess and maintain a current Defensive driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment.
Working Conditions

Office setting, exposure to Visual/Video Display terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and telephone usage with extended periods of sitting. Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
