We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated EXPERIENCED Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney to join our talented team. (This is a 100% in-office position, so candidates interested in remote or hybrid work arrangements should not apply.)
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about personal injury law and eager to make a significant impact.
IDEAL CANDIDATES would have 1+ year of Plaintiff’s Personal Injury litigation experience in TX. WE WILL INTERVIEW 1st YEAR CANDIDATES!
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial.
You will work on both PRE-litigation AND on Litigation aspects of the cases
Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents.
Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of case management.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
Strong background in personal injury law preferred.
Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Salary and Benefits:
