Position: Associate (Transactional Department)
Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr’s Chicago office is seeking a corporate associate with 4 to 7 years of general corporate law experience to join a fast-paced business-focused group. Opportunity for entrepreneurial practice in a collegial environment. M&A, private equity and/or venture capital experience a plus.
Candidate must be self-motivated, work well in teams and across offices, and have an excellent academic record. Illinois bar admission required.
