Associate – Litigation & Regulation | Dublin
A leading Irish law firm is seeking an ambitious Associate (4–7 years’ PQE) to join one of the country’s largest and most highly regarded Litigation and Regulation departments.
This team acts in some of the most high-profile disputes before the Commercial Court and is recognised as a leading advisor on contentious public sector matters, representing major state bodies across sectors of national significance.
The role:
- Managing and assisting with complex cases before the superior courts and in alternative dispute resolution
- Regulatory matters including investigations, enforcement actions and strategic advisory work
- Drafting pleadings, submissions, witness statements and settlement agreements
- Direct client relationship management and supervision of junior colleagues
What they’re looking for:
- Post-qualification experience spanning both dispute resolution and regulatory work, ideally from a leading firm in Ireland or internationally
- Strong academic record and legal research/analytical skills
- A collaborative, self-motivated approach with an interest in ongoing professional development
