Summary
As an Intake Specialist at Block LLP, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance. This role is vital in gathering information, assessing cases, and ensuring that clients receive the compassionate support they need while contributing to the firm’s mission of delivering exceptional legal services.
Responsibilities
Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather relevant information regarding potential cases.
Assess and evaluate client needs to determine appropriate legal services.
Provide clients with information about the firm’s services and guide them through the intake process.
Meet intake and conversion goals set by the firm.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or client intake (preferably in a legal setting)
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
