Pinel Advocates is a modern, independent Jersey law firm with a reputation for delivering pragmatic, partner-led legal advice to local and international clients. Established in 2010, Pinel Advocates advises on a range of corporate and commercial, banking, private client, property, wills and probate matters.
We are seeking an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join our successful practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with experience across a broad Jersey practice, with particular exposure to corporate and commercial matters, to develop their career in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
You will work closely with our team, across a varied advising on corporate transactions, local business, banking/real estate finance and general Jersey legal work. You will have direct client contact, early responsibility and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in the continued growth of the firm.
About You
- Approximately 2–8 years’ post-qualification experience (applications from candidates with more or less experience will also be considered).
- Experience in corporate and commercial law within a broad Jersey practice.
- Technically strong with excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Commercially minded, proactive and able to build lasting client relationships.
- A team player who enjoys working in a supportive and collegiate environment.
