Associate Recruiting and Legal Talent Coordinator Jobs in Austin, TX at Latham & Watkins LLP
A leading law firm specializing in Probate, Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Elder Law is now interviewing for an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of expertise in Probate and Estate matters. We view our firm as a start-up with tremendous growth ahead of it rather than an old, established firm that is set in its ways. The firm is well-known for its personalized client service, legal guidance, and skillful advocacy. Our senior staff have over 70 years of experience; the team is dedicated to finding practical solutions and providing effective legal representation.
We view this position as a long-term career with partnership potential. While we have a physical office, this is a remote position; the associate can work from home. However, the associate must have the ability to commute to Seattle and surrounding counties for court and meet with prospective clients in person if they request it.
We are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and analytical. Must be able to handle multi-faceted legal matters, requiring strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage several cases. The successful candidate will manage various files and must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong client service skills.
This position will start as an independent contractor for several months to determine the candidate’s abilities and skill set. The individual could be converted for a full-time employee with benefits, and bonuses.
