Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will assist in patent litigation matters and patent prosecution matters.
Responsibilities
- Drafting technical portions of pleadings to be filed before the Court
- Assisting the arguing counsel/ senior counsel
- Drafting patent specifications
- Drafting responses to Examinations Reports/ Office Actions
- Conducting Examiner interviews/ oral hearings at the Patent Office
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in science or technology in the domain of computer sciences, Information technology or electronics and communication. Experience related to audio/ video codec technologies is a plus.
- Registered Indian Patent Agent and enrolled in Bar
- 2-3 year professional working experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
