We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented Associate Partner to join Farro & Co.

As an ambassador for the firm, you will excel in engaging high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and businesses, offering tailored solutions for residency and citizenship by investment, golden visas and other global mobility services. This role is central to expanding Farro & Co's presence across our markets in India, the UAE and Singapore — building new direct-client and intermediary relationships while strengthening existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales Development

•   Identify, engage and convert prospective clients interested in residency and citizenship by investment programmes and golden visas.

•   Understand client objectives and recommend customised mobility solutions aligned to their goals.

•   Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

•   Qualify prospects and undertake initial due diligence and source-of-funds checks to assess suitability and mitigate risk.

Relationship Management

•   Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNWIs, families and corporate clients.

•   Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring a seamless, personalised and world-class client experience.

•   Provide ongoing support and updates on programme developments and application progress.

Market Insight & Strategy

•   Stay current on global mobility programmes, market trends and legal and regulatory developments.

•   Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership to enhance the firm's offerings.

•   Identify partnership and alliance opportunities with introducers and intermediaries to expand market reach.

Collaboration & Reporting

•   Collaborate with internal delivery and compliance teams to ensure efficient handling of client requirements and documentation.

•   Maintain detailed records of sales activity in the firm's CRM and provide regular performance reports.

•   Represent Farro & Co as a positive brand ambassador at industry events and conferences.

Key Qualifications

•   Hunger to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

•   Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a portfolio of prospects.

•   Proven sales experience, preferably in residency and citizenship programmes, real estate, wealth management or investment consulting.

•   Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and engage HNWIs.

Preferred Qualifications

•   Knowledge of residency and citizenship programmes offered by countries such as Portugal, Malta, the UAE and others.

•   Familiarity with the financial, legal and compliance aspects of investment-based mobility programmes.

•   Strong understanding of global mobility solutions, including citizenship by investment, golden visas and residency programmes.

•   Multilingual capabilities and experience in the Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Dubai or Singapore markets.

•   Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations or a related field.
