Role Description
Meaningful litigation experience early – depositions, court appearances, and client contact from day one
Manageable caseload (10–15 cases) – quality over volume

Competitive starting salary of $85,000+, with higher pay for experienced attorneys

What You Can Expect
This is a real litigation job—fast-paced, client-driven, and intellectually challenging. You’ll need to be responsive, thorough, and proactive. Your Role
You’ll work on civil rights, police procedure, premises liability matters, and a variety of other topics. We focus on strategic thinking and high-quality legal work. We’ve built systems to help you succeed, but we’re looking for someone who can take initiative and develop independence over time.
Who We’re Looking For
– JD & Michigan bar admission
– Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
– Interest in public entity defense and high-stakes litigation
– New attorneys encouraged to apply – we’ll train the right person
