Allen, Stein & Durbin is looking for an associate or contract attorney with a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience to join our successful team of civil trial lawyers.
Ideal candidates should have experience evaluating and negotiating insurance settlements and be eager to take depositions, attend hearings and trials, draft discovery responses and motions. Candidates must be team players, self-motivated, proactive, organized, and have strong attention to detail. Trial experience is preferred.
