Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Facilitate new employee orientation sessions including introductions, policy reviews, and compliance training.
Set up employee accounts, access permissions, and equipment in collaboration with IT and Facilities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires to answer questions and provide guidance.
Collect and maintain onboarding documentation and records in compliance with legal and company policies.
Collaborate with HR, Hiring Managers, and other departments to ensure smooth transition and integration.
Continuously improve the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices.
Track onboarding metrics and report on employee engagement and retention related to onboarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
5+ years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Onboarding roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in SAP or ORACLE systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
