Job Description
The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a professional Legal Administrative Assistant to join a great DC based firm. The Legal Administrative Assistant will support attorneys and work collaboratively with a team of legal administrative assistants to ensure that the attorneys are receiving top notch support!
This is a temp to hire role and is starting immediately.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage scheduling for meetings and coordinate travel for attorneys
Draft and proofread correspondence and other documents
Utilize iManage to manage shared documents
Collaborate with legal administrative assistants to ensure that assignments are being handled
Assist with other tasks and projects as needed
Qualifications Include:
1+ years of professional administrative assistant experience
Legal or professional services administrative experience preferred
Professional communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft 365
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
