Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead patent prosecution matters, focusing on technology and computer software.
Draft and file patent applications, respond to office actions, and interact with the USPTO.

Utilize your portable book of business to enhance client relationships and drive growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address large, complex patent cases.
Stay informed about developments in patent law and emerging technology trends.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the State Bar of your location and the USPTO.
Minimum 3 years of experience in patent prosecution, with an emphasis on technology and software.
Strong technical background in computer science, software, or a related field.
Portable book of business (required for both associates and partners).
Exceptional communication, legal writing, and client management skills.
Proven track record of managing large patent portfolios and high-value cases.
