Preparing and drafting legal motions and pleadings.
Representing clients in court proceedings.
Assisting in trial preparation and participating in trials.
Conducting depositions and managing discovery processes.
Providing strategic legal counsel to clients.
Collaborating with senior attorneys and legal staff to achieve client objectives.
Qualifications
Admission to the California State Bar (active status).
Proven experience in Civil Litigation is highly desirable.
Proficiency in drafting motions and understanding court procedures and rules.
Demonstrated experience in conducting depositions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
