About the job- The Lipsig Law Firm is seeking a motivated and dedicated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of legal experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney eager to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow with a dynamic and collaborative firm.
1. Responsibilities:
Assist in handling cases from inception to resolution
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and contracts
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and negotiations
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Support senior attorneys in case strategy and trial preparation
2. Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active New York Bar membership
1-3 years of experience in personal injury (plaintiff’s side preferred)
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the firm
