We’re partnering with a leading multinational in the renewable energy sector to hire an Associate Legal Counsel & Company Secretary based in Pune.
What we’re looking for:
• 5–7 years PQE as a qualified Lawyer + Company Secretary
• Strong experience in commercial contracts, company secretarial compliances, Companies Act, FEMA, and corporate governance
• Experience with MNCs and cross-functional stakeholder management is preferred
