Firm Advice is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity to work in the global data center industry. Our client is seeking an experienced M&A attorney to lead M&A and other major transactions. You will work with venture capital leads and manage outside counsel on complex, billion-dollar M&A and JV deals for this growing data center. In this role, you will partner with the in-house corporate debt team to run deals—reviewing, structuring, making judgment calls, and ensuring accuracy—in support of the company’s worldwide growth.

After a period of successful onboarding, you will be given broad responsibility over transactions and compensated well. Employee turnover is very rare.
Position is remote following monthly visits to get to know the team, businesspeople, and processes.
Base salary ranges from $200,000 to $500,000 (possibly more) plus generous bonuses.
REQUIREMENTS
- JD and member in good standing of at least one bar in the US.
- 8+ years of M&A and JV experience, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, merger agreements, and related transaction documents on complex deals.
- Experience with data centers, energy and/or telecom a plus.
- Experience supervising outside counsel and/or working with VC firms a plus.
- Must be interested in learning complex areas of technology and data centers.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced, collegial environment is required.
