Job responsibilities
1，Assist in handling global compliance matters, litigation and dispute resolution related to the business.
2，Support senior counsels in addressing inquiries, investigations, and complaints from overseas regulatory agencies.
3，Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts, providing risk assessments, and offering legal advice to support business growth.
4，Perform other tasks as assigned by senior team members.
Qualifications/experience preferred:
1，Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LL.M.) preferred.
2，A strong passion for law, excellent analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
3，Proficiency in English, with the ability to handle legal matters in English.
4，Strong personal integrity and professional ethics.
