About You We’re looking for an associate with:2-7 years of post-call litigation experience.
Membership in good standing with a provincial and/or territorial law society.
Exceptional analytical, drafting, negotiation, and
communication skills
.
A self-motivated attitude with strong
attention to detail
. Proven organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple files and deadlines.
Experience handling all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial.
