WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a Litigation Associate to join our team.
Your duties will include:
Represent clients in litigation matters at the Federal and State levels.
Conduct hearings, depositions, and mediations.
Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop litigation strategies.
Maintain client and court communications.
Manage case strategies and collaborate with colleagues.
What We Are Requiring:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Florida.
1-5 years of litigation experience. Open to consider more experienced lawyers if the fit is right.
Federal litigation (criminal or civil) preferred.
Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and travel within Central Florida if needed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
