Associate Lawyer – Plaintiff Personal Injury
Location: Downtown Vancouver, BC
Salary: $130,000–$200,000 + bonus

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Associate Lawyer with a minimum of three years’ post-call experience in plaintiff-side personal injury or civil litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys managing files, advocating for clients, and working alongside an experienced litigation team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff personal injury files from intake through resolution
- Conduct examinations for discovery, mediations, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, applications, briefs, and other litigation materials
- Provide strategic legal advice and maintain ongoing client communication
- Collaborate with lawyers, paralegals, legal assistants, medical experts, and opposing counsel
- Develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlements where appropriate
Qualifications
- Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia
- Minimum 3 years of post-call experience in plaintiff personal injury or civil litigation
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and legal drafting skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach
- Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
