Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced legal professionals with a minimum of three years of relevant practice in real estate law with some experience in one or more of civil or estate litigation, corporate/commercial law, wills anestates. This position offers substantial
opportunities for growth
within the firm. Candidates with an existing client base or established strategic partnerships are particularly valuable to us.
We also welcome senior lawyers with a well-established practice to join our firm, and we are open to discussing compensation models that appropriately reflect the value of their existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal counsel in civil and estate litigation, and potentially in corporate/commercial law, wills and estates, and real estate law.
Manage multiple legal matters across
diverse
practice areas with
precision
and efficiency.
Work collaboratively within a
fast-paced
,
team-oriented
environment while independently managing your caseload.
Qualifications:
Law degree and active license to practice in the province of Alberta.
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with a focus on the firm’s practice areas.
Strong command of Alberta laws and court procedures.
Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
Proficiency in legal research tools, including CanLII and Canadian focused AI tools.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent English
communication skills
, both oral and written, and strong interpersonal abilities.
