The Role
- Advising and representing clients in product liability matters
- Advising and representing clients in professional negligence matters
- Advising and representing clients in insurance matters
- Advising and representing clients in health law matters
- Advising and representing clients in privacy‑related matters
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of insurance law and commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills
- Excellent judgment and analytical abilities
- Practical, client‑focused approach to problem solving
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Membership in good standing with a Canadian Law Society, or eligibility for admission
