Key Responsibilities
✅ Represent clients in criminal and quasi-criminal cases, including attending court and managing your own files
✅ Conduct comprehensive legal research using resources like Lexis-Nexis
✅ Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, briefs, and memos
✅ Analyze legal materials to ensure accuracy and completeness
✅ Work closely with senior associates to prepare for court proceedings and negotiations
✅ Maintain organized case files and documentation
✅ Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed
