This is a great opportunity for a Corporate M&A Lawyer or Associate to join one of Melbourne’s top mid-market Corporate & Commercial teams, offering a blend of high-quality work with a more relaxed environment. The team works to a 5.5-hour daily target, with plenty of flexibility and trust in how you manage your time.
You’ll be part of a high-performing practice that regularly advises on $50M–$250M deals, with three current transactions sitting above the $100M mark. Between the current Partnership, the client base spans virtually all industries — including private and listed public clients — on both the buy-side and sell-side. The pipeline includes local Australian matters as well as work for international clients based in the US and EU. While most of the work is focussed on Private M&A, Capital Raising, JVs, Public M&A and ECM, around 30% is commercial and advisory.
