Our client, a Tier 1 firm recognized for excellence in Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Project Finance, Commercial Real Estate, and Banking, is seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their Calgary team. This role offers the chance to work with experts in the field and develop your career within a supportive and reputable environment.
Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of post-call Commercial Real Estate experience from a reputable Canadian law firm; experience in-house or in private practice will also be considered.
Experience with investment property transactions, development approvals, leasing in retail, office, and industrial sectors.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent academic credentials and qualified to practice law in Canada.
