The successful candidate will have the following:2 to 7 years (2022 – 2018 call) years of post call Commercial Real Estate experience from a reputable Canadian law firm. A combination of in-house and private practice will also be considered.
Experience with
purchase and sale of investment properties, across all asset classes, and for a wide variety of regional and national investors.
Experience with
development approvals and complex subdivisions, on a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed-use projects
Experience with
leasing in the retail, office and industrial sectors
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work well on a variety of teams
Excellent organizational,
project management
and the ability to handle multiple time sensitive priorities.
