Our clients commercial real estate group serves a broad client base of First Nations, developers, financial institutions, REITs, investors and local, national and multi-national companies. The associates in their real estate group work on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions and provide valuable support to larger transaction teams.
Our client is now actively in the market for an associate with four to six years of relevant experience to join their thriving real estate practice group in their Calgary office.

Qualifications and Attributes:4-6 years of relevant commercial real estate experience and related bank financing from national, regional or reputable boutique
Experience with
purchase and sale of investment properties, across all asset classes, and for a wide variety of regional and national investors.
Strong analytical and drafting skills;
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams
Above average academics
