Our Client
Is a well-known Bay Street business law firm in Toronto.
Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on a wide array of commercial real estate matters to sophisticated clients across the real estate sector.
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, sales, dispositions, financings, commercial leasing, etc.).
Develop strategic approaches to support clients’ business objectives.
Qualifications
At least three (3) years of post-call commercial real estate experience.
Called to the Ontario Bar and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
