Our client is currently seeking a talented Senior Associate with 6 to 10 years of experience in Commercial Litigation and Arbitration to join their esteemed Litigation team in Calgary. In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of complex disputes, further developing your litigation skills in international arbitration, general commercial litigation, fraud recovery, as well as projects, construction, and environmental litigation.
Qualifications and Attributes:
6 to 10 years of post-call experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, ideally gained from a national or reputable regional law firm. A combination of in-house and private practice experience will also be considered.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple litigation tasks independently and progress files efficiently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Alberta court filings, processes, and strong advocacy skills
Exceptional analytical, communication, and drafting abilities
Client service-oriented with a collaborative team spirit
Qualified to practice law in Canada.
