KPP Law (Kerameus, Papademetriou, Papadopoulos & Associates) is seeking to hire an Associate Lawyer to join its Banking & Finance practice.
Founded in 2009 and based in Athens, Greece, KPP Law is a business law firm advising domestic, international and multinational clients across a broad spectrum of commercial, regulatory and transactional matters.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of banking and finance assignments, supporting clients and collaborating closely with colleagues across the firm’s practice areas.
The Role
The successful candidate will be involved in financing transactions, regulatory advisory work, legal due diligence exercises, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and the day-to-day support of clients operating across a range of industries.
The role offers opportunities for professional development, exposure to complex legal and commercial matters, and active involvement in significant projects and transactions.
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Is qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece
- Has 3-6 years of professional experience in Banking & Finance Law
- Demonstrates strong analytical, drafting and communication skills
- Has an excellent command of the English language
- Is commercially minded, detail-oriented and client-focused
- Is able to work effectively within a collaborative and demanding professional environment
