Our client, a highly regarded and established law firm, located in the core of downtown Toronto, is in need of a 5+ year Associate with Accident Benefit, Insurance Defence experience.
The successful candidate must be able to manage their own practice of 80-100 files primarily working on Accident Benefits files from various insurance company clients.
In order to be successful in this role you must be able to work independently, understand client protocols and timelines, know how to move files forward and bring to settlement.
Strong command of the English language is necessary.
Primafact and Ghost Practice experience are beneficial.
